To cancel a confirmed reservation, you need to first of all enter your private area of AvaiBook.
Access the complete booking form from the menu: Planning -> Bookings, searching for the specific booking and clicking on its ID.
In the lower right-hand corner, click on the option Cancel and choose the reason for the cancellation.
The cancellation costs vary according to the promotion contracted in your listing and you can consult them before finishing the process.
Remember that, even if the stay does not take place and regardless of the reason for cancellation, booking fees are non-refundable.
