The accommodations you list on Rentalia already benefit from double visibility, as they are not only available on the Rentalia website but are also included in idealista’s vacation rental searches in Andorra, Spain, and Portugal.
In this article, we explain how it works and what you should keep in mind.
What ads appear on idealista?
Only Rentalia listings with up-to-date calendars are shown on idealista.
Please note that you must update your calendar at least once a month. A calendar is considered outdated if more than 30 days pass without an update to the availability information. We will notify you by email if we see that you are about to reach this deadline.
If you advertise on other platforms or use a channel manager, we recommend syncing with iCal to keep your calendar automatically updated. This option is available for all accommodations listed on Rentalia with online booking. Here’s how to set it up.
Where will you receive inquiries and bookings?
Although the listing will appear on Idealista, all inquiries and bookings will continue to be processed through Rentalia, as before.
Idealista will simply be an additional visibility channel.
How do I manage my ad?
Listing management remains the same:
- You will continue to edit it through Rentalia.
- If you have online booking, reservation management and settings will continue to be handled through AvaiBook.
It will not be necessary to create or manage the listing through idealista.
Do I need to do anything to make my ad appear?
No specific action is required.
If your listing has an updated calendar, it will be automatically exported to idealista.
However, we recommend:
- Review and keep the calendar updated.
- Add seasonal pricing details to the pricing table. Even if the listing already has a base price, it’s important to specify prices for specific dates (long weekends, Easter, summer, etc.).
- Verify that the listing information is correct and complete.
