What happens if, as a traveller, I need to cancel my online booking within the cancellation period?

If you cannot stay in the accommodation on the dates booked, we recommend that you contact the owner to see if it’s possible to change dates.

If you want to cancel your booking, you must do so from the link included in the confirmation e-mail. Your deposit will be refunded, except for the Rentalia and AvaiBook commissions.

Cancellation fees may vary depending on the particular accommodation. Contact us if you wish to confirm this information before making a booking.
