What happens if my online booking expires or the owner rejects it?

When you complete a booking request where the owner has 24 hours to accept or reject it (booking on request), whether the owner rejects the request or the request expires after 24 hours, no charge will be made to your card.

When you book, we carry out a pre-authorisation, whereby we temporarily retain the corresponding value of the deposit.

This operation is cancelled when the booking is cancelled and does not require any further action on your part. However, it may take a few days for your bank to transmit the release order.
