To help us analyze it as quickly as possible, please include the following in your message:

• A clear description of the problem
• The exact steps to reproduce it
• The potential impact
• Screenshots or other evidence, if available

Basic Guidelines

For effective collaboration, we ask that you:

• Submit one report per vulnerability, unless you need to combine several to explain the impact
• Do not access other users’ data or go beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the problem
• Do not perform denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) tests
• Do not use social engineering techniques such as phishing or identity theft
• Do not publicly disclose the vulnerability

What happens after you report it?

Our cybersecurity team will review your report and get back to you as soon as possible. We especially value analyses that explain not only what is failing, but why it poses a real risk.
