What happens if I accept an online booking?

If you work with the booking on request mode, you will have to confirm acceptance, within a maximum of 24 hours, of all booking requests you receive.

Once you accept, the booking will be confirmed, the dates will be blocked in your accommodation and you’ll be able to see the contact details of the traveller (email and phone number).
