What happens if, as a traveller, I need to cancel my online booking after the cancellation period?

In this case, we recommend that you contact the owner to try to agree on a change of dates.

If it’s not possible to modify the dates of your stay, you will have to cancel the booking using the link included in the confirmation email.

If you cancel the booking after the end of the cancellation period established by the accommodation, the owner will keep your deposit and you will not be refunded.
