Why have I been charged if my booking is cancelled?

If your booking has not been confirmed then we won’t have made any charges to your card.

When you book, we carry out a pre-authorisation, whereby we temporarily retain the corresponding value of the deposit.

This operation is cancelled when the booking is cancelled and does not require any further action on your part.

However, it may take a few days for your bank to transmit the release order.
