If you are not satisfied with how your complaint was handled, and you are a consumer and user resident in the EEA, you can use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Rentalia does not undertake, nor is it obliged, to use an alternative dispute resolution entity to resolve consumer disputes.
