Once the booking process has started, the traveller has 30 minutes to complete their request. During this time, no other traveller can book the same dates as they’ve selected.
If the traveller doesn’t complete the request, the booking will be automatically cancelled and the dates in your calendar will be available in the advertisement again.
As an owner, you can send an invitation to the traveller who started to make a booking but didn’t complete it. You can do this from your AvaiBook panel, selecting Planning → Bookings → Failed bookings.
