What is the anti-fraud warranty and how does it work?

The anti-fraud warranty is the greatest guarantee the traveller can have when they reserve your accommodation and it’s totally free for you.

Once you accept the booking, the traveller will be charged the deposit amount and AvaiBook will hold onto it until 48 hours after the check-in date.

In this way, we can minimise the risk of fraud, as if the accommodation doesn’t actually exist, AvaiBook will return the deposit to the traveller.
