The online booking service has no fixed costs: if you don’t get any bookings on Rentalia, you don’t pay anything.
When you get bookings, the service costs vary depending on the Promotional package you’ve chosen for your advertisement:
Premium/Pay per booking
- 10% Rentalia commission on the total amount of the booking, including VAT
- 1% + VAT of AvaiBook management costs, on the total amount of the booking
- 2% bank commission on the deposit amount, or on any other amount (surety, cleaning costs, extra expenses, etc…) that is paid using the gateway (additional 2% for international cards that aren’t SEPA, AMEX or B2B), not including VAT
Classic or Platinum
- 1% + VAT of management costs for each booking, applied by AvaiBook
- 2% bank commission on the deposit amount, or on any other amount (surety, cleaning costs, extra expenses, etc…) that is paid using the gateway (additional 2% for international cards that aren’t SEPA, AMEX or B2B), not including VAT.
There is no variation in the commissions derived from the chosen reservation modality, that is, working in the booking modality on request or instant, the same commissions will be applied.
Management costs of 1% + VAT, on the total booking, do not apply if you have a Pro or Standard contract in AvaiBook.
