When do I receive the money for a booking?

The default configuration if you have activated the online booking before 27 December 2021, and we have not notified you of any change, means that everything that is not an advance payment will be charged to you directly in your way, in the way you describe in the “Booking Conditions”, or otherwise at the time of entry to the accommodation.

From 27 December 2021, the default setting means that the balance of the booking will be charged to the traveller’s card automatically 7 days prior to arrival at the accommodation.

The moment at which you receive the money depends on:

Cancellation policy
The money from the deposit is retained until the end of the cancellation policy, which is the period you chose in which the traveller may cancel their booking and still receive a refund.

Anti-fraud warranty
The money will be released 48 hours after the check-in date. You can deactivate the Anti-fruad warranty once you’ve validated your accommodation on AvaiBook.

Billing threshold
AvaiBook processes the moeny transfer once your available balance exceeds the set billing threshold. You can modify the minimum threshold in the My data section of your AvaiBook panel.
