How can I remove the “not verified” message from my advert?

To remove it and thus raise travellers’ confidence in your advert, you can choose one of the following options:

  1. Request we send you a code by post. In 4-5 days, a letter will arrive from Rentalia at the address of your holiday accommodation with an alphanumerical code. You can connect to your Owner Control Panel using your username and password and enter the code you have received by clicking on the “Verify address” link. This way we can check that you have access to the accommodation you advertise.
  2.  You can contract a professional photographer do a book for €100 + VAT. The photographer will verify that the accommodation exists and we will include the indication “Photos taken by Rentalia” on the accommodation info file. The photographer will give you the original photographs with no watermark.

Once you fulfill the conditions, we will remove the “not verified” warning.

In any event, once the advertisement has been published for 12 months, the warning is removed automatically.
