What should I do when I receive an online booking request?

Once the traveller has completed the booking form, you will receive an instant notifcation by email and SMS. You’ll then have 24 hours to access your AvaiBook panel and check all the details.

Remember that even if you can’t take the booking, you should take some action towards it by rejecting the booking request and telling the traveller of the reason why.

If you need more information before taking your decision whether to accept or reject the request, you can talk to the traveller using the private conversation channel on AvaiBook.
