How do I verify my address?

If we haven’t sent you an alphanumerical code to the postal address for your accommodation, you can request we do so. To do this, enter in your Owner Control Panel with your e-mail address and password, click on the “Not verified – request code” link and click on “Accept” in the pop-up box.

If we have already sent you this code and you wish to verify the address, enter your Owner Control Panel with your e-mail and password and click on the “Verify address” link. A box will appear where you must enter the alphanumerical code you have received by post at your accommodation address. Once you enter it and click on “Accept”, your address will be verified and your advert will bear the message “Verified by address”.

If the system does not accept the alphanumerical code, do not hesistate to write to us at [email protected] and we will resolve the problem.
