What happens when I make an online booking?

At Rentalia all booking requests require confirmation from the owner.

Once you have completed the booking form, the owner has 24 hours to accept or decline your request.

  • If they accept your booking request, the amount paid will be held until your arrival at the accommodation.
  • If they do not accept, or do not process your booking request within the established period, the booking will expire, and the amount withheld will be automatically reflected in your account.

In either case you will receive an informative e-mail. You will be able to check the status of your booking at any time from the link provided by email.

If you wish to modify or cancel your booking while it is pending confirmation, you should contact the owner using the form on the right-hand side of the listing.

When your booking is confirmed, you will receive the necessary details in order to contact the accommodation owner directly.
