First, find out the reason why the traveller wants to cancel their booking and see if you can solve their problem by modifying their booking details.
If they still want to cancel, it’s very important that it is them who does it, not you.
As an owner, you can help the traveller in this process by sending them a link to the booking details from your AvaiBook panel.
Click on Cancel booking, then choose the option The traveller wants to cancel, as shown in the image below.
